Virginia (Ginny) Beneke

30 years’ experience in organizational leadership, marketing, business development, strategic planning, and sales management in the technology (data networking and mobile) and education industries.

A recent addition to CRT’s lineup of world-class mentors, Ginny has held executive positions as CEO, President/GM, and CMO in the technology and education industries. Having spent half of her career (to date) with top Fortune 100 companies (AT&T, Xerox, Exxon, National University), and the other half with medium-size and start-up businesses, Ginny provides a unique ability to customize the best practices from established corporations into the start-up and mid-size company environments. She brings to CRT a solid track record of spearheading successful endeavors serving the enterprise, consumer, and central site markets, as well as an expertise for vitalizing growth and profitability for both mature and emerging organizations.

Today Ginny applies her MBA and Wharton management courses as she runs a consulting practice supporting leadership personnel, providing CEO and CMO functions, and leading strategic workshops for organizational success. In her off-time she enjoys tennis, running, cycling, reading, travel, art, and her 3 rescue miniature dachshunds.
