Beth Sirull is the newest member of the Chairmen’s RoundTable, and we’re VERY excited to have her in our midst!

As the President/CEO of the Jewish Community Foundation of San Diego, she knows how to leverage the value each person brings to the table, and that collectively a small group can have a huge impact on the world.

Beth’s strengths start with helping donors leverage philanthropic dollars and investments to make the difference that matters most to them. She and her team provide philanthropy consulting, donor-advised fund services and impact investment opportunities to individuals and families. They also offer investment management services to a wide range of religious and secular nonprofit organizations throughout the region.

Prior to this noble calling, Beth ran a nationwide business advisory platform and loan fund that helped entrepreneurs move their company operations from up-and-running to growth and scale. Combining the non-profit and for-profit worlds gives Beth a very special place in the world of CRT mentors, and allows her to regularly utilize her natural flair for guiding small and mid-sized businesses from concept to success.

Beth’s inspiration comes from Theodore Roosevelt’s 1910 Man in the Arena speech, where he observed; “It is not the critic who counts…the credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly…who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly…”

And while a talent and spirit like Beth’s would allow her to walk into any peer advisory group or coaching organization, she selected Chairmen’s RoundTable as her new home because she likes our ongoing strategy of re-investing in the community without any charge for our services. “Time is your most precious commodity, and you have to spend it wisely,” she observes. “This is YOUR life; live it according to your values. For me, that’s about having an impact.”
