Our Support Team
Our Sponsors are high quality local service providers with the kinds of clients who qualify for CRT mentoring.  They pay an annual sponsorship fee to be members of the organization and to cover CRT’s modest administrative expenses. We are always looking for great sponsors that fit our culture; currently, our priority is to find sponsors in the following industries: human resources, employee benefits, and digital marketing.

Our Partners are professional and educational organizations that are business-oriented and provide support to their own members that is complementary to CRT’s advisory services.

Both Sponsors and Partners add value to their constituency by referring them to CRT.  They are asked to refer as often as they find appropriate companies.

They have the opportunity to develop great relationships with our Mentors, other Sponsors, other Partners, and CRT clients.

Sponsors may solicit clients only if requested by the client or the Mentors.

Next Level

I come from a long line of entrepreneurs. Both grandfathers down to my son and every generation in between has considerable experience starting, running, growing and failing in entrepreneurial ventures.

For nearly 30 years, I've helped improve the leadership and sales performance of over 200 companies. 90% have been small to mid-size privately held companies while the balance have been companies like Toyota, Farmers Insurance, Bank of America and the Stamford Research Institute. Consistently I've found that regardless of company size, the leadership team has a tendency to over complicate the business which creates a myriad of issues that impact performance.

As a professional EOS implementer, I work with business owners and their leadership teams to strengthen the six key components that exist in any business. As we strengthen the six key components, the business gets simplified while the nagging issues that plague every business get solve once and for all. The by-product of the EOS process, simplifying the business and resolving issues is a business becomes easier to scale, easier to manage and the top and bottom line revenues improve. At the end of the day, the net worth of the business owner(s) increases because the value of the business increases.
